Tax Consultant (Senior Level)

Job description

1. The primary responsibility is to support tax service managers in leading teams that provide tax advisory services to clients. Specific tasks include:
- Assigning appropriate tasks to team members, then supervising, guiding, and coaching them to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Directly preparing service deliverables, such as research reports, tax advice, and tax returns (for all types of taxes).
- Responding to client inquiries as needed.
- Assisting managers or directly interacting with tax authorities when necessary.

2. Provide suggestions for improving processes and service delivery methods to enhance client satisfaction, efficiency, and overall work performance.
3. Participate in internal training initiatives.
4. Cultivate relationships with assigned clients to foster loyalty and encourage continued use of the company‘s services. Strive to become a trusted partner for clients in tax and accounting matters, offering effective solutions and guidance.
5. Contribute to new client acquisition and new product development efforts (when requested).

Requirements:

‘- A bachelor‘s degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
- At least 3 years of work experience in tax, accounting, or auditing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Passionate and capable of effectively performing the tasks described above.
- Eager to establish a long-term partnership and grow with the company.
- Willing to travel within the country, if necessary.

Working hour: 

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: On an as-needed basis, depending on departmental or customer requirements
Remote Work: 1-2 days per week or per request if reasonable (not applicable during the probationary period)
