Responsibility
• Manage an outsourcing team (from 5-10 persons) to properly deliver outsourcing services (accounting, tax, payroll, secretary) to clients with detailed works presented in this link (www.crowe.com/vn/services/outsourcing).
• Lead and develop your team to ensure that you have a strong team for current and future development. This means you have to plan, recruit, train, motivate, organize, assess, and manage your team members
• Improve and optimize service processes, and templates of report/working papers…. to satisfy clients in the future, and to ensure the services are more compliant and financially effective.
• Deal with potential clients (normally introduced by the Company) to process proposals and contracts
• Take care of existing clients to maintain their service contracts (Ex: Perform seminars, newsletters, publications, visits,.. )
• Prepare annual budgets for your team and effectively manage it
• If possible, proactively approach and develop new clients, and networks of relations,... to look for opportunities for growth
Requirements:
-University degree in accounting/auditing/finance/economic
- Must have CPA certification (Accounting/Auditing Certificate).
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to the job tasks described above (Must be in the Outsourcing Service field).
- Good command of English (frequent communication with the foreign clients)
- Have the skills, abilities, and qualities necessary to ensure the successful execution of the job descriptions mentioned above.
